Welcome, hello, no idea how you found this random blog, but who cares, you're here now!!What's the point of this blog, to be another wishy washy game review blog? Basically, yes. BUT, we want to make quick read reviews, not a bunch of fluff that takes 10 minutes to read (alone write, pfft), quick and to the point, the good, the bad. What works, what doesn't. To buy, or not to buy (see, this is what I'm taking about, a looooooooooot of fluff).
But seriously, I want to write reviews that take a few minutes to read, and provide valuable (or at least entertaining) insight and help other decide if it's worth playing, let alone buying.
(the above may change as LVGRB grows and writing styles evolve (seriously, look back at earlier stuff, I think they were like 2 or 3 times longer.))

Just gamers who like games. They don't need to be the newest releases, or even for the current gen consoles, if it's a game and you want to review it, you're welcome. Even tech is permitted.

A Little About Me
If you've stumbled across this half-way house between hell and purgatory through some link (whether it be mine or someone else's), take a seat, grab some popcorn and a drink and (hopefully) enjoy the ride that will be full of sarcasm, rude remarks and maybe a little bit of eroticism (probably not though), as I, your friendly blogger, review some games that you may not ever had heard (or some I may not have fully played but will make an extremely biased review of). :)A little bit more about me, because if you're still reading, you are obviously extremely bored. I've been gaming since god knows when, I remember playing the NES with my dad when I was little, games like Punch-Out, The Legend of Zelda, Super Mario Bros and many more that I can't remember the names of. From then on I was a gamer, we had a Sega and a SNES when it released, as many poeple who had those consoles Sonic, Super Mario World and A Link to the Past were my main games.
When the Gameboy came out, I was very into Pokemon and got Pokemon Red as a gift for my birthday, I played the crap out of that game, don't think I played much else on it.
The N64 was the best thing to happen to my life, awesome games like Super Mario 64, Banjo- Kazooie, Bomberman 64, Super Smash Bros and The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time consumed my life. Pokemon Stadium was a god send, my friends and I would spend countless hours after school playing and battling our Pokemon, an amazing innovation that little cartridge holder was. The last game I played on my N64 was Majora's Mask, a tough yet still fun as hell game, I loved the challenge it presented.
The Playstation, while easily shadowed by the awesomeness of the N64 had a few great hits as well. Crash Bandicoot, Wave Racer, Croc, Gex and Resident Evil, most of my time was spent on the latter of those games, but all hold a special place in my heart.
The forgettable Dreamcast (you forgot about it, didn't you?) had very few hits with me, Sonic Adventure, Sonic Adventure 2 and that Sonic board game, can't remember the name....
With the Gamecube, despite its lunchbox design, I was in love with gaming again. I remember opening it on Christmas (it came with a crappy little stool, it sucked, but was the only chair I had). I was playing Luigi's Mansion on my itty bitty, but at the time big, 17in TV. Soon I was playing Smash Bros Melee and Pikmin on a slightly larger 26in and was still in love. When Wind Waker came out, I was elated, I skipped two or three days of school for that game, and yes, I did it again when Twilight Princess was released.
The Xbox had very few games that I liked, I wasn't into Microsoft at the time. I played Fable (the best of the Xbox games and best of the series) for countless hours, occasionally swapping out for Blinx: The Time Sweeper (another fun, underrated game) and Morrowind.
The Playstation 2 was a hit with me, there were many games I highly enjoyed. My favorite being Final Fantasy X, as well as Kingdom Hearts. Both games consumed what little life I had at the time since they were just great games. The sequel for Kingdom Hearts also went over great with me, despite not being as good as the first. Final Fantasy XII also was a huge hit with me for its new combat style and a story that was not another love story. Then there was Dark Cloud, a very over-looked game that appeased my RPG fanatic and the Sim lover inside of me.
